Returns are accepted only for major defects or if an incorrect product is delivered, provided the fabric is unused, unaltered, and reported within 2 days with proper proof via email. Customized or cut fabrics, discounted items (unless defective), and international orders are non-returnable. Minor fabric or color variations are not considered defects.
