At Kamakhya Fabrics, we strive to deliver premium-quality fabrics with accurate descriptions in terms of color, quantity, and specifications. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
However, if you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund, the following policy applies.
Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before the fabric is cut or customized.

Once the fabric is cut or customized, no cancellations or changes are permitted.
Return Eligibility

Customized or cut fabrics are non-returnable, except in cases of major manufacturing defects.

Returns are accepted only if:

A defective product is received, or
-
An entirely incorrect product is delivered

Products purchased during discounts or offers are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect.

International orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Defect & Incorrect Product Reporting

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must:

Record a complete parcel opening video

Share clear images/videos showing the issue

Email the details within 2 days of receiving the order

Return or refund requests via WhatsApp will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

The product must be:

Unused, unwashed, unstitched, and undamaged

In original condition without any cuts or alterations

Any fabric that has been cut, altered, stitched, or used will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Fabric & Color Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, width, or weight may occur due to the nature of fabrics and will not be considered defects.

Minor color differences caused by screen or device display variations are not eligible for return.

Fabric bleeding after a few washes is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Return & Replacement Process

Once a return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days.

Replacement orders, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled due to fabric unavailability, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

In case of approved refunds:

Online payments will be refunded to the original payment source

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to the wallet

The refund process typically takes 10–15 working days to complete.
