Orders can be cancelled or modified only before the fabric is cut or customized. Returns are accepted only for major defects or if an incorrect product is delivered, provided the fabric is unused, unaltered, and reported within 2 days with proper proof via email. Customized or cut fabrics, discounted items (unless defective), and international orders are non-returnable. Minor fabric or color variations are not considered defects. Approved refunds or replacements are processed as per policy timelines.
